The challenge is great and the responsibility is everyone's responsibility. We live in a new world ruled by science and knowledge. We live in a new world of educated, trained and effective human forces. We live in a new world in which all standards have become global, in education, training, economics, and even in all aspects of life. We have in Egypt, and rightly so, a huge educated manpower, we have in Egypt a great youth energy. The strength of our society is the strength of our youth, from its education and training on the mechanisms and basics of the age. Our economic, social and political progress depends a lot on the extent to which we are able to raise this young human force, depends a lot on our ability to provide them with the opportunity for distinguished training that qualifies them for contemporary practical life, depends a lot on our ability to increase their confidence in themselves and give them hope for the future.
